Our wide variety of products ranges from prams via car seats up to highchairs, cots and much more. Bambino World itself is the manufacturer of the products - this allows for an inexpensive and direct delivery to the customer. And that is exactly what is particularly estimated by our numerous customers.

Self-evidently, all products of Bambino World correspond to the European Safety Standard "CE".

Is the homepage of Bambino World secure?

Is there a Bambino World product catalogue available?

What are "cookies"?

Bambino World guarantees the following:

4. The Bambino World shop bears the Austrian e-commerce seal of quality and is audited by external, independent teams of experts at regular intervals.

 

What is a voucher code?

At irregular intervals, we grant special offers or product discounts. These may be entered during the payment process. It is important to enter the code exactly as specified, including hyphens and without any spaces. The advantage is considered immediately and thus directly subtracted from your invoice.

Which shipment options are available?


For years, Bambino World has been successfully working together with the internationally renowned transport company GLS. This guarantees a quick and reliable delivery at favourable prices. Depending on the target country, the delivery will take between 3-8 working days.

How much does the shipment of the products cost?

 

 We want to keep our transport costs as transparent and low as possible.

So we charge the same low transport costs for all of our items, regardless of their size or weight.

Differences are only due to different target countries.

Furthermore shipping costs have to be paid only once per order, i.e. if you order more than one item at once you will only pay shipping costs for the first item. For every further item of your order shipment will be free.

Which countries does Bambino World ship to?

We ship immediately after receipt of the payment, which we confirm via e-mail. Please keep in mind that a bank transfer can take three to five working days. The delivery time for a package varies from country to country. Please take this delivery time into consideration. The delivery will be accordingly delayed, if there is a weekend or a bank holiday in between.

 

How can I track the shipment of my package?

Shortly after the shipment of your package you will receive an e-mail from us with a so-called "tracking link". Using this link, you can check anytime, where your package currently is located.


What happens, if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

In this case, an employee of the transport company GLS will leave you a message with details, where you can personally pick up your package.

 

May I also have my order sent to an alternative address?

Yes, of course. This, however, has to be specified BEFORE the payment of the product. Because, as soon as we receive your payment, the package is shipped to the address indicated before the payment. You may change the address on www.bambinoworld.eu under "My account".

 

 

Do I have to pay for the return of a damaged product myself?

First, it has to be checked, whether the product has been delivered completely damaged or partially damaged only. Should the latter be the case, we will send you the respective spare-part. Should the product have been delivered completely damaged, we will take care of it being picked up.

 

I have not received my package (yet). Why?

There may be a number of different reasons for that, which you may best clarify with an e-mail to info@bambinoworld.eu or via telephone 0043 125 302 21 49.

Is it possible to delay the delivery date?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. 

If my order consists of several packages, will they be shipped simultaneously?

Yes. Should your order consist of several packagers, the packages will be shipped simultaneously. Shortly after the shipment of your packages, you will receive an e-mail with a so-called "tracking link". Using this link, you can always check where your packages are currently being located.

 

My product has arrived damaged. What can I do?


In this surely very unfortunate case, we would like to ask you to e-mail us detailed photographs as soon as possible (info@bambinoworld.eu), which show us, what exactly is damaged. The image size should be max. 800 kb.
We require these photographs to pass them on to production or the transport company, respectively.
After receipt of the photographs, we will contact you immediately to jointly find a solution.

 

Why are the goods packaged so elaborately?


In the mail order business, packaging is required to protect your order from any transport damage. To keep the piles of rubbish from growing further, we use the packaging of our suppliers. Any product packaging is suited for waste separation. Sort and hand over the packaging for recycling separate from your normal domestic rubbish according to the local regulations (waste material collection centre). Any product packaging is ARA-licensed by the manufacturers and may therefore be handed over to the collection centres free of charge.

 

 

7)      Questions about the shopping cart and your Bambino World account

 

How do I shop at Bambino World?

 

First, go to www.bambinoworld.eu. Then browse through the product categories (e.g. via the left-hand navigation menu or the product gallery in the centre). Once you found a product you like, click on "Into the cart". If you do not enter a specific number into the "Quantity" field, one piece of the selected product is automatically put into the cart.

Subsequently, you may continue browsing our product catalogue and add any number of further products.

Once you have concluded your selection, you are guided through the payment process with step by step instructions.

I have completed an order and now want to add something.

 

This is possible only by sending us an e-mail to info@bambinoworld.eu.

We can then do this for you by hand.

How can I view or change my user profile?

 

First, go to www.bambinoworld.eu and log in with your e-mail address and your password. Then click on "My Account" at the top right of the page, and on the left-hand side, a menu with links to your old and new orders, your personal data, your wish list, your product evaluations, newsletter subscribe/unsubscribe, etc. is displayed.

 

How can I cancel a purchase?

This is possible only by sending us an e-mail to info@bambinoworld.eu.

We can then do this for you by hand. In this e-mail, please also specify your complete banking details (name of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT code), so that we can transfer back the amount paid accordingly.

 

When do I get an invoice for my order?

 

You will receive an invoice once you placed an order and immediately paid by credit card. Or if you only placed an order and the payment via bank transfer is still pending.

You will find a copy of your invoice among your account information. All you have to do is log into www.bambinoworld.eu and search for the respective order; there an associated invoice will be deposited.

 

I cannot log in anymore.

Please make sure that you are using the correct e-mail address and the correct password. Should you have forgotten your password, please click on "Password forgotten?" enter your e-mail address, which you are registered with, and within a few minutes you will receive a new password, which you can change in your personal data later on. Should you not receive this e-mail, please make sure to have a look in your SPAM folder as well.

 

How can I change my personal data?

 

First, go to www.bambinoworld.eu and log in with your e-mail address and password. Then click on "My Account", and on the left-hand side, a menu with links to your old and new orders, your personal data, your wish list, your product evaluations, etc. is displayed.

Here click on "Account information", and you can change your password or the like.

 

I forgot my user data (e-mail/password).

Should you have forgotten your password, please click on "Password forgotten?", and within a few minutes you will receive a new password, which you can change in your personal data later on. Should you not receive this e-mail, please make sure to have a look in your SPAM folder as well.

How can I register?

First, go to www.bambinoworld.eu. Then you can either directly log in for the first time via "Login" at the top of the page, or you can register during the purchasing process - without being registered in advance.

 

How secure is my data?

Bambino World guarantees the following:

The product wish list is a very popular function on www.bambinoworld.eu. While browsing through our comprehensive product catalogue, interesting products can be placed on the wish list with just one click. This is respectively possible from the product detail view.

Subsequently, this list can be sent to friends or family members, who then can see at a glance, which products you would like the most for your baby.

 

How can I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the newsletter?

First, go to www.bambinoworld.eu and log in with your e-mail address and password. Then click on "My Account", and on the left-hand side, a menu with links to your old and new orders, your personal data, your wish list, your product evaluations, etc. is displayed.

Here click on "Account information", and then you can subscribe to/unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Can I return the product, if I don't like it?


Yes. You are entitled to return the product within 14 days after receipt.
Please ship to the following address: BAMBINOWORLD.EU GmbH c/o Gebrüder Weiss Gesellschaft m.b.H., Zweigniederlassung Maria Lanzendorf, Wiener Straße 26, A-2326 Maria Lanzendorf, Austria.

Please also inform us about the package number of the return, as well as your complete banking details (name of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT Code) for the transfer.

 

Is there a quantity discount available?

 

Generally, unfortunately there is no quantity discount available. In individual cases, however, we can offer you a reduction of the transport costs. For major customers (over 1000 EUR per order), there is a trader price list, which you can request via info@bambinoworld.eu.
